Experience

I have been leading, teaching, coaching, and advocating for children for 20 years. Primarily, I’ve worked as the Director of Children’s Ministry at five different churches in Texas. In addition, I spent a portion of those years teaching children preschool through high school in a variety of subjects. Starting in 2005, I had the opportunity to begin training teachers and ministry leaders in faith-based organizations on the developmental needs of children and creating vibrant Christ-focused ministries to children in the U.S. and abroad.
In 2013, while living in San Antonio, I became a trainer for, Freedom Youth Project Foundation, a faith-
based non-profit fighting human trafficking through prevention, education, and public awareness and
served as the moderator of the Peace Initiative, a program sponsored by the United States State
Department for the exchange of ideas and best practice discussions between U.S. and international
human service and law enforcement professionals.
In 2015, my family and I moved to Spring, TX where I served as the Elder of Global Missions and Director of Kids Ministry. I was also an ex-officio board member of, The Adventure Preschool and Kardia Christian Academy. I currently serve on the board of, Soar for Greatness, an educational and ministry-based non-profit serving vulnerable children living in rural India.
