SUMMER CAMPS
SUMMER CAMPS 2023
General Policies:
There are no registration fees for camp, what you see is what you pay, based on each session rate of 25 dollars each 90 minutes. No discounts apply and no payment plans are accepted.
This year all camp registrations will be handled through our classjuggler software. If you are a current family, you know what to do, if you are a new family click here for directions to sign up for classjuggler. Once in classjuggler, choose the Summer Camp store under shop for classes. Contact dpyle@extraed.org if you have sign up questions.
Campers must be dropped off and picked with within 15 minutes of the end of the activity. EE will provide a supervised lunch period for students taking a morning and afternoon session, the lunch will be 30 minutes long. No microwave is available.
Camp commitments are non refundable. We will not refund our teachers income for missed sessions, if you sign up, make sure you can commit to every day you have chosen. We will work out any billing issues and make any billing mistake whole. We are trying a new system this year and thank you for your patience as we implement it!
If your student will be attending any camp this summer, please also review the waiver. The waiver must be signed and delivered to your student's teacher on the first day of camp. (Waiver Below)
All EE Handbook policies will remain in force. EE remains committed to a positive camp environment and every camper is expected to maintain and practice self control.
